Unique Building  (UBS) is a comprehensive property management company for the upscale home. The underlying concept is to bring business acumen and the latest technology to a traditionally ad hoc endeavor. Rather than various family members (or worse…one) being burdened with coordinating the plethora of tasks required to maintain, service and run a home as integrated and unique as yours we bring together the professionals required to get the job done. Home ownership does not come with instant knowledge of HVAC Systems, horticulture, AV system management, plumbing, electrical design and the dozens of other trades required to maintain larger homes. We can draw on over 25 years of experience in building homes like yours to maintain and service like no one else can.

 

UBS does not operate as a contracting company. We do not mark up or add a percentage to any work performed in your home.  We function as a consultant receiving compensation through monthly billing predetermined in a bi-annual contract. We work with either your familiar and trusted contractors, in-house staff or we can recommend from the full range of local skilled trades we have worked with over the last 13 years in the Hamptons. This allows us to review and evaluate contracts, service agreements and proposals for all work to be performed in your home with only one goal in mind and that is to deliver the best product, service and fit to you. We manage the property by providing all the functions required to bring projects and maintenance tasks to completion and do so in the way that best fits you and your family.
